Client: Newspaper division of leading Multimedia Corporation - SAP Version 4.6C to ECC 6.0
- This project consisted of an upgrade from SAP version 4.6C to ECC 6.0, within a time frame of 4 months.
- Byte Tech’s team provided consulting functional services, as well as technical and ABAP developments.
- The updated modules were: FI (Finance), CO (Controlling), MM (Material Management) and SD (Sales and Distribution).
- On August 17th 2007 the project went live successfully, on time and on budget.
- Byte Tech is currently implementing a Solution Manager, and will then perform the implementation of the required enhancements that were identified during this project.
Client: Retail Holding Corporation for Premium Brands - SAP Version 4.0B to ECC 6.0
- This project consisted of an upgrade from SAP version 4.0B to ECC 6.0, within a time frame of 4 months.
- Byte Tech’s team provided consulting functional services, as well as technical and ABAP developments.
- The updated modules were: FI (Finance), CO (Controlling), MM (Material Management.
- The project was successfully completed, on time and on budget. The go-live of the project took place seamlessly in the first week of January 2008.
- As part of the project, the team conducted a GAP analysis, and prepared a plan for future improvements, which was delivered to the client for further analysis.
